Previously, Mr. Kingsley was Managing Director, Co-Head of US Investments at Advent International where he worked for 16 years. He also had operating roles at Teradyne Inc. Mr. Kingsley has extensive experience with growth equity investing and has served on over 20 boards of private and public technology companies. Mr. Kingsley holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an AB from Dartmouth College, and a BE from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering. |

Mike Pehl, Managing Director
Previously, Mr. Pehl was a Partner at Advent International where he worked for 5 years and was actively involved in managing the technology portfolio. Mr. Pehl has deep growth equity experience as both an investor and an operator, and has served on the boards of 14 private and public technology companies. He gained broad operating experience as the former CEO of i-Cube, COO of Razorfish, the founder and CEO of ICS (an SAP implementation business), and a co-founder of SAP America. |

Edward Anderson, Investment Committee of North Bridge Growth Equity
Mr. Anderson has been the Managing General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception in 1994. Prior to starting NBVP, Mr. Anderson was a partner with ABS Ventures, the venture capital affiliate of Alex. Brown & Sons, for a period of 10 years. Before entering the venture business he was a strategic planning consultant with The Michael Allen Company and was also employed by Phelps Dodge Industries, Inc. where he held numerous sales, marketing, and general management positions, both domestically and overseas. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Denver, 1971, and Columbia University's Graduate School of Business Administration, 1977.

Richard D’Amore, Investment Committee of North Bridge Growth Equity
Mr. D'Amore has been with North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception in 1994. From 1982 until starting North Bridge, Mr. D'Amore has been in the venture business. Prior to 1982 he worked as a consultant at Bain and Company and as a certified public accountant with Arthur Young and Company. Mr. D'Amore is a graduate of Northeastern University (summa cum laude), 1975, and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (Baker Scholar), 1980.
