The North Bridge Growth Equity team has deep collective experience investing in and building companies.

		Douglas Kingsley, Managing Director Previously, Mr. Kingsley was Managing Director, Co-Head of US Investments at Advent International where he worked for 16 years. He also had operating roles at Teradyne Inc. Mr. Kingsley has extensive experience with growth equity investing and has served on over 20 boards of private and public technology companies. Mr. Kingsley holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an AB from Dartmouth College, and a BE from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.
		Mike Pehl, Managing Director Previously, Mr. Pehl was a Partner at Advent International where he worked for 5 years and was actively involved in managing the technology portfolio. Mr. Pehl has deep growth equity experience as both an investor and an operator, and has served on the boards of 14 private and public technology companies. He gained broad operating experience as the former CEO of i-Cube, COO of Razorfish, the founder and CEO of ICS (an SAP implementation business), and a co-founder of SAP America.
		Russell Pyle, Partner Previously, Mr. Pyle was a Partner at M/C Venture Partners. He also worked at TA Associates as an Associate in the Technology group and at Alex. Brown & Sons in the Technology group. He has invested in and been actively involved with investments in the infrastructure software, security, managed services and communications sectors. Mr. Pyle holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Princeton University.
		Matthew Blodgett, Principal Previously, Mr. Blodgett was a Vice President at Alta Communications, where he invested in and was actively involved with investments in the digital media, marketing services, IT services and media sectors. He also worked at Bear Stearns in the technology, media and telecommunications group. Mr. Blodgett holds a BA from Yale University.
		Meg Riley Devine, Principal Previously, Ms. Devine was an Associate at Advent International, where she invested in and was actively involved with investments in the business services and healthcare IT sectors. Prior to Advent, Meg was an equity research analyst at State Street Research and Management, a Boston-based mutual fund, where she invested in small and mid-cap public equities in the healthcare and information technology sectors. Ms. Devine holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Amherst College.
		Roshen Menon, Principal Previously, Mr. Menon was an Associate at Summit Partners where he was involved in investments in the financial services, healthcare, software, and technology sectors. He also worked at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations and Healthcare groups and at FleetBoston Financial in the Financial Institutions group. Mr. Menon holds an AB from Bowdoin College.
		Kaitie Donovan, Associate Previously, Ms. Donovan was an Analyst at William Blair & Company where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory in the healthcare and business services sectors. Ms. Donovan holds a BA from Hamilton College.
		Stephen Frechette, Associate Previously, Mr. Frechette was an Analyst at Barclays Capital where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory in the financial institutions sector. Mr. Frechette holds a BA from Colby College.
		Jonathan Katz, Associate Previously, Mr. Katz was an Analyst at Lane, Berry & Co. where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions advisory in the business services, financial technology and consumer products sectors. Mr. Katz holds a BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
		Holly Maloney, Associate Previously, Ms. Maloney was an Associate at America's Growth Capital where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions and public and private capital raising advisory across the information technology and business services sectors. Ms. Maloney holds an AB from Bowdoin College.
		Nathaniel Stone, Associate Previously, Mr. Stone was an Analyst at Citi Global Markets & Banking, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory in the internet, software and semiconductor industries. Mr. Stone holds a BA from Tufts University.
		Gabe Wilcox, Associate Previously, Mr. Wilcox was an Associate at Arbor Advisors, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions advisory in the digital media, financial technology, and business services sectors. Mr. Wilcox holds a BA from Yale University.
		Edy Wilson, Associate Previously, Ms. Wilson was an Analyst at Gridley & Company where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions in the information services sectors, with a focus on digital media. Ms. Wilson holds an AB from Dartmouth College.

Edward Anderson, Investment Committee of North Bridge Growth Equity
Mr. Anderson has been the Managing General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception in 1994. Prior to starting NBVP, Mr. Anderson was a partner with ABS Ventures, the venture capital affiliate of Alex. Brown & Sons, for a period of 10 years. Before entering the venture business he was a strategic planning consultant with The Michael Allen Company and was also employed by Phelps Dodge Industries, Inc. where he held numerous sales, marketing, and general management positions, both domestically and overseas. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Denver, 1971, and Columbia University's Graduate School of Business Administration, 1977.

Richard D’Amore, Investment Committee of North Bridge Growth Equity
Mr. D'Amore has been with North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception in 1994. From 1982 until starting North Bridge, Mr. D'Amore has been in the venture business. Prior to 1982 he worked as a consultant at Bain and Company and as a certified public accountant with Arthur Young and Company. Mr. D'Amore is a graduate of Northeastern University (summa cum laude), 1975, and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (Baker Scholar), 1980.
